Today was a "bountiful" day!  We turned the puff pastries that we painstakingly made yesterday into delicious finished products. 



Cheese Straws

 Who doesn't like cheese straws!  They are flaky, cheesy and salty.  It's a perfect snack with cold beer on a 90 degree day like today.



Palmiers

Sugar and butter - what could go wrong?  These Palmiers are going to be my afternoon snack.  Vince absolutely loves Palmiers.  I foresee these lovely treats to be gone pretty soon.



Bande De Tarte Aux Fruits (Fruit Strips)

 There's something about the glossy fruits that make (almost) any dessert look extremely desirable.
